We had the opportunity to peer into the world of investigative journalism through the eyes of this accomplished South Florida native. After honing his writing through poetry Mario Ariza switched lanes into journalism. He has since written a book (Disposable City: Miami's Future on the Shores of Climate Catastrophe) and has gone on to work at one of South Florida's most distinguished publications, The Sun Sentinel. We go into various topics related to climate change and the process of investigative journalism in this talk
